Homemade 2-ingredient ice cream
Ingredients:

600 milligrams (2½ cups.) pouring or pure cream

400 milligrams (a little less than 1¾ cups.) sweetened, condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Steps:

In a large bowl, pour in the pouring or pure cream

If you want to add vanilla, add it now

Whip until stiff

Fold in sweetened, condensed milk

Pour the mix into an airtight plastic container

Put the container into the freezer overnight if preferable, but 6-8 hours will be good.

Oreo cookie truffles

Put Oreos into a bag and crush to crumbs.

Set ¼ cup of cookie crumbs aside for garnish (optional).

Combine Oreo crumbs and cream cheese in a medium-size bowl and mix until smooth and dark brown.

Shape truffle mix into 1-inch round balls and set aside on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels in a small pot on low heat on the stove.

Stir frequently, but not constantly.*

Remove pot from heat immediately when most, but not all, of the chocolate is melted. Stir chocolate continuously until smooth, shiny, and completely melted.**

Roll 2-3 truffles at a time in pot of melted chocolate until fully coated.

Remove truffles from pot, place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.

Once all truffles have been coated, let them sit in the refrigerator for 45 minutes until firm.\
Cheesecake-filled Strawberries

Wash and cut the leaves off all your strawberries; then, scoop out the inside with a knife and spoon

Beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract and confectioner’s sugar together until they are smooth and creamy

Put them into a piping bag, then fill all the strawberries

Melt the chocolate, and drizzle it over the strawberries. Enjoy!
